Canadian owner, Wende Bryan, has lived in Belize for 19 years. After a long drive from Vancouver, BC, she purchased the land and built the “Pickled Parrot”. Very active in the Belize Tourism Industry and the community; Wende has made Belize her home. Her sister, Denise Williams, is the manager of the Pickled Parrot and her father. Denis Bryan, was the artist of the paintings that decorate her small resort.
